Its not my best because i rushed it a bit and had other stuff to do, and i'd rather make a good paint penguin for a Video or something but i made this one for the compatition. And because its in PDN, i added a little effect to the background Wink

But if you all say i am cheating by putting PDN effects (The lightrays and outline) I descided to make a normal copy, without effects!
