Its called friend or foe.
You say why the person above you is your friend, and your foe.
Heres a example

Guy1- Friend because you ordered at my siggy shop. Foe becasue you didnt use the siggy.
Guy2- Friend because ive know you forever, foe cause you have 4 infractions!
