Ok, this is like an ideea.When a new FOTW is choosen, that FOTW can order everything for free!
What do you think about this ideea?

It's very interesting..A good bonus for getting FOTW. There would have to be limits, though. Such as they can't buy a usergroup; that's too big to get for free, I think. Also, wouldn't everyone who is now FOTW complain because they didn't get to do that? It's a good idea, though, just has some complications.
