I don't know why the mods are so annoyed though.

I wouldn't know, but I would only be against it if i felt i was breaking the rules.

I mean, saying you don't ant it, must mean that you know your breaking rules, as if you wern't you would be fine, knowing yu didn't break rules...

No.. I'm not breaking the rules. It's just:
1. Admins should be able to keep track of mods, if they're breaking the rules regularly or not without this.
2. It shows up on everyones posts.
3. It makes it look ugly and unprofessional.
4. It makes us look untrustworthy and like we break the rules lots.
5. If the admins don't trust us, instead of doing this they should either not mod us to start with or demod us.
6. It should one rule broken, demod. Not loads.
7. Moderators are there to moderate the forums, not to have custom infractions.
8. It looks like WE are the rulebreakers.
9. It's annoying.
10. It makes us look very bad.

Infact, i'm just thinking, this shows that Boopy doesn't really trust you... i mean, why did he chooose you if yu wern't to be trusted.

You and Badger are the only active mods, and i think your doing a great job, seeing as even the admins arn't that active.

Pros:

-Mods get warnings
-Are more considerate when they post
-Don't get automatically demodded
-Learn what they are doing wrong

Cons:
-Some mods might be too cautious to do any moderating
-If some are inactive they might get infractions or whatever

I dunno. I guess thats all I could think of
