| For the fonts you could also:
(If it's a ZIP) Save it to your desktop, extract the folder, save the file to the C: Drive.
Go to Start Menu> Control Panel> Fonts, Click on file> Install new font. Go to the C: Drive and Press install 
(If it's the font) Save it to the C: Drive.
Go to Start Menu> Control Panel> Fonts, Click on file> Install new font. Go to the C: Drive and Press install
I'm not sure which one is easier

| Go to your start menu, on the right hand side click my computer
Where the adress bar is in internet explorer, there is an adress bar in the window that opens

| Arrgh iv'e done the exact steps that CC said but in paint.net it doesn't show the 'lightrays' anywhere in effects,any suggestions?
