| actually i dont think he deserves an admin spot because he has said you're getting an infraction to people too many times for no reason but only admins can so he pm's them and they see nothing is wrong if he had that power everyone would be perma banned but great guide anyway

That's called constructive criticism.
It basically means that I point out a flaw, and a simple way of improving that flaw, therefor improving the picture.
